In this blind tasting class, we’ll use the tools you already possess, your senses and everyday experiences, to identify what you taste and rethink what we think wine should be. Using the simple “See, Swirl, Sniff, Sip” method, we’ll explore six wines and uncover how varietals express themselves differently depending on where they are grown and how they are made. Along the way, you may surprise yourself with the flavors you recognize and the wines you enjoy most. Each wine is paired with a light snack, though the match will remain a mystery until the wine is revealed.

A portion of Janea’s jazz band, Fuzzy Goldmine, will be joining us with live music, serving as both the soundtrack and inspiration for the evening.
